Our group training sessions are just what you need…
The groups are fun and friendly, and suitable for both horse riders and non horse riders
The sessions are a mixture of HIIT and circuits, focusing on getting you fitter, stronger, more coordinated and balanced. All important factors whether you ride or not!
The workouts are varied, ensuring you don’t get bored, and all importantly you reach your goals and enjoy your journey along the way.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
There’s a maximum of 10 places so the class sizes don’t get too big!
Current sessions are…
Monday’s 7.45pm at Candleby Lane School, Cotgrave, NG12 3JG
£54 – 6 week block – next block starts 19th March – 30th April 2018.
Thursdays 6pm at Brooksby Equestrian Centre, LE14 2LJ – Maximum of 8 places.
6 Week Block starting 8th March – £54 for the full 6 weeks or £10 PAYG
