Small Group Personal Training

Do you prefer to exercise within a small group?

Then Group Personal Training could be for you!

We keep the numbers low…a maximum for 4 per group. This helps us to ensure there is enough space and everyone gets the help they need.

Suitable for both horse riders and non horse riders.

It’s a fun and cost effective way of getting Personal Training for a quarter of the cost of individual sessions, whilst still ensuring you reach your  health and fitness goals! 

Sessions are on:

Mondays – 6pm

Mondays – 7.15pm

Tuesdays – 11.30am

Thursdays – 11.30am

Thursdays – 6pm

Thursdays – 7.15pm

£14 PAYG

£50 per month for 1 session per week

£95 per month for 2 sessions per week

£130 per month for 3 session per week.
