Group Fitness sessions are fun, friendly and suitable for both horse riders and non horse riders.
The sessions are a mixture of iMoveFreely Techniques, HIIT and weights, focusing on getting you fitter, stronger, more coordinated and balanced. Important factors horse rider or not!
The workouts are varied, ensuring you don’t get bored, and all importantly you reach your goals and enjoy the journey in a small group environment along the way.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
There is a maximum of 4 places per class.

Semi Private Pt sessions are shared between 2 people. Great if you have a friend you like to exercise with, whilst still working on your own goals and training programme, with a fully qualified Personal Trainer.
An added bonus is that you get to share the cost 🙂
Our Semi Private Pt sessions are held in our private studio.
Sessions start from £95 per person.
