We all know how important it is for horse riders to be strong, supple and balanced in the saddle.

But how many of us feel as balanced as we would like to?

Lots of programmes offer help with balance and symmetry but rarely look into what is causing the asymmetry in the first place.

This is where Intrinsic Biomechanics comes in…We take a look at your movement patterns off the horse and see how your body performs in the biomechanics assessment.

From this we can address any areas that may be inhibited by any sub-clinical muscle spasms, and also work on strengthening and conditioning those areas that have been both over compensating and under performing.


The program will be totally focused on you and YOUR goals.



During the 12 Weeks you will get…
  • A full Intrinsic Biomechanics Assessment, where we will assess your movement, and use iMove Freely techniques to free up any compromised areas.
  • Regular Biomechanic assessments to check your progress.
  • 1-1 sessions (1 face to face Personal Training session each week) or you could accelerate your results and do 2 sessions per week.
  • Further support and accountability via email.
  • We will work on goal setting.
  • We’ll look at your food diary and assess where we can make improvements.
  • There will be weight and measurements at the beginning of each month, and at the very end, so that we can effectively see and measure your progress
  • Weekly Accountability
  • Exercises to take away with you to aid your progress.
  • Before and after pics if you wish



You MUST be willing to work hard and do your homework!
