The program will be totally focused on you and YOUR goals.


During the 12 Weeks you will get…
  • A full Intrinsic Biomechanics Assessment, where we will assess your movement, and use iMove Freely techniques to free up any compromised areas.
  • Regular Biomechanic assessments to check your progress.
  • 1-1 sessions (1 Personal Training session each week) or you could accelerate your results and do 2 sessions per week
  • We will work on goal setting
  • We’ll look at your food diary and assess where we can make improvements
  • There will be weight and measurements at the beginning of each month, and at the very end, so that we can effectively see and measure your progress
  • Weekly Accountability
  • Extra workouts for you to do in your own time
  • Before and after pics if you wish
